EastEnders fans are predicting ‘who dies’ after a horror car crash left two characters fighting for their lives.

It has already been a hectic week on the BBC soap, with a major revelation shaking the programme to its core.

Viewers have known for several months that Teddy Mitchell is not Barney’s biological father, with his son turning out to be Zack Hudson’s following a past affair with Nicola Mitchell.

On Monday (May 26), Zack continued to plan his escape from Albert Square, going as far as asking Ravi Gulati for a loan.

Despite being warned by Ravi that Nicola recently asked him to help move a body and she’s not to be trusted, Zack decided to tell the police everything, leading to Nicola’s arrest.

After this, he proceeded to tell Harry Mitchell the truth about his brother Barney’s paternity, hoping he’d help get Barney to safety, only for him to go tell Teddy everything.

In scenes that aired on Tuesday (May 27), Nicola tried to deny Zack’s paternity but was forced to come clean when Teddy continued to press her on the facts. A painful confrontation unfolded as Teddy demanded answers.

Taking drastic measures to stop Zack from leaving, Harry bundled him into his car boot before speeding out of Walford.

A desperate Teddy was on a mission to find Harry, so he intercepted Honey Mitchell, Billy Mitchell and Nigel Bates and demanded a lift to follow the car.

Eventually finding Harry pulled over in a woodland area, the group managed to persuade Harry to return home. However, Teddy decided he wanted to talk to Zack when he woke up.

Once Zack awakened, he quickly panicked causing Teddy to lose control of his car and it fly off the side of the embankment and plunge into the water.

With it looking likely that one of Zack or Teddy will meet their end on Wednesday (May 28), EastEnders fans took to Reddit to have their say on what they think will happen.
