One of the mysteries of “Virgin River” is who shot Jack in the Season 2 finale.
The main suspect is Brady, but fans have another theory and have identified a new perpetrator.
“Virgin River” returned for Season 3 last month. And this time there were plenty of twists and cliffhangers,
including: shocking news about Mel’s (Alexandra Breckenridge) pregnancy. Although the next season has not been officially ordered, both the cast and creators are eager to talk about what awaits the characters. There are also many fan theories – according to the latest one, it was not Brady (Benjamin Hollingsworth) who shot Jack in the Season 2 finale.
Virgin River: Did Mike shoot Jack?
In the Season 2 finale, Jack (Martin Henderson) was shot by an unknown perpetrator. In the latest series, viewers saw how Brady, Jack’s army buddy and the main “naughty boy” in the series, was arrested for a crime. However, fans are not convinced of this hero’s guilt. As reported by Express, the theory that Mike (Marco Grazzini) is guilty is gaining popularity.
One fan added a still from Season 3 on Instagram, showing Brady and Mike talking to each other. The men argued about who shot Jack, and then a fight broke out between them. Marco Grazzini referred to the theory and – interestingly – added a few words from himself. “So he’s a potential shooter and a possible dad to the kids? Mike is the best friend you could want,” the actor wrote, and the fandom made further guesses. Could Mike be the father of Charmaine’s twins?
Martin Henderson recently said that he knows who the culprit is and promised that we will find out too – most likely in the upcoming season:
Netflix is still silent about ordering another season. Unofficially, filming of new episodes was to start at the end of July.
