SO WONDERFUL!!! EastEnders’ Molly Rainford shares surprise duet with co-star

EastEnders star Molly Rainford has debuted an unexpected duet

with one of her soap co-stars, as she shared a video of herself singing on

stage with Heather Peace. Rainford, who joined EastEnders as Anna Knight last year,

posted a clip of herself and Peace, who plays Eve Unwin, on Instagram which shows them performing ‘Wish I Didn’t Miss You’ by Angie Stone.

“Such an amazing night watching @heatherpeaceofficial perform and getting up to do a little song together”, Rainford wrote, alongside a clip which features the pair singing together while Peace also plays the guitar.

Several of the actors’ EastEnders co-stars shared their excitement over the surprise duet, with Lauren Branning star Jacqueline Jossa commenting, “Loveeeeee this and HAIR” alongside some fire emojis.

Michelle Collins, who plays Rainford’s on-screen mum Cindy Beale, wrote, “Where was this ?? Fab ! X”, while Penny Branning actor Kitty Castledine called their voices “beautiful” and Bianca Jackson star Patsy Palmer said she had “goosebumps”.

Rainford’s partner, and former Strictly Come Dancing co-star, Tyler West also praised their performance, calling it “just incredible”.

On screen, Anna has been through a difficult time over the past few weeks. After discovering that she was pregnant, Anna decided to have a termination – before her boyfriend Bobby Beale walked in on her kissing their friend, Freddie Slater.

Despite Anna wanting to make things up with Bobby, her mum Cindy, who wanted to split them up, cruelly lied to both her and Bobby that the other wanted nothing to do with them.

Bobby subsequently left Albert Square behind, telling Anna and Freddie that they deserved each other.

Eve, meanwhile, has had a happier time after getting engaged to her partner Suki Panesar, but Peace has teased that the couple don’t necessarily have a smooth future ahead, saying, “I don’t think it’s quite the end yet… it’s not the end of the book.”
