EASTENDERS viewers believe they’ve cracked when Sonia Fowler will give birth.
The show regular – played by Natalie Cassidy – has been at the centre of a storyline

newsletter In Monday’s episode (July 22), Sonia shared her pregnancy worries with Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), who encouraged her to take a test. With Sonia’s dreams set to come true, fans think they’ve figured out when the new Albert Square addition could make their arrival. They noted the baby could make its first appearance during the BBC soap’s landmark 40th anniversary in February 2025 – sparking a wave of dramatic storylines in the process. In the build-up to the important celebration, characters such as Jane Beale (Laurie Brett), Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) and Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) have made returns.
