SHOCKING NEWS!! Iconic EastEnders duo reunite after 3 years in adorable snap

Former EastEnders star Davood Ghadami has reunited with

his co-star James Bye, three years after leaving the BBC soap.

Davood, 42, played market trader Kush Kazemi for seven years

before the character was controversially killed off – when abuser Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) pushed him in front of a tube train.

He was due to start a new life with Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty), but didn’t realise that Gray was lurking in the shadows on the platform.

Introduced as the established friend of James’ Martin Fowler, it wasn’t long before the two men’s relationship was ruined.

Kush had fathered Stacey Slater’s (Lacey Turner) son Arthur, with Martin believing him to be his own child.

Davood will play David’s oldest brother Eliab, who serves as a prestigious warrior in King Saul’s army.
