Troubling times await for The Six in EastEnders next week, as confirmed in
my new spoiler pictures, as Dean Wicks’ (Matt Di Angelo) trial gets underway.
The BBC One soap has been knocking it out of the park over the past few
weeks and, with September finally upon us, the moment fans have been waiting for is almost here. Dean is determined to prove his innocence as his big day in court arrives. But while he’s hopeful of a good outcome, The Six are not so much, with the matriarchs on tenterhooks. Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), who actually killed Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) – the crime Dean is accused of – is the subject of much concern, with The Six worried if she’ll be able to hold it together.
Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) is first up as she faces a series of difficult questions from Dean’s brief, who brings up incidents from her past. The situation escalates, with Linda fleeing from the court. After the first day of proceedings, Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) returns home and joins in on Charlie’s first birthday celebrations, but her mind is noticeably elsewhere. Things escalate further when Stacey is forced to leave the party after a phone call – but the question is: just what has happened? That remains to be seen but, as the week progresses, The Six are left fighting for their freedom as the repercussions of Dean’s trial sends shockwaves though the Square. Do not miss. I repeat, do not miss!
