Junior Knight has made a risky confession about the club crush
during the latest EastEnders episode.
Junior has been intent on making Cindy Beale jealous, after
she broke off their affair to re-commit to her engagement with Ian Beale. His first step was to try it on with Priya Nandra-Hart by asking her out for a date at the same time as Cindy would be with her family at the Vic.
In Tuesday’s (October 15) episode, Priya quickly realised Junior wasn’t actually interested in her when he kept getting distracted during the date.
After being dumped on the spot by Priya, Junior decided to take a more risky tact by inviting Peter Beale over for a drink to discuss the job he’d offered Peter. Cindy joined Junior and Peter’s table when Ian went to the loo.
Their banter yielded a shocking confession when Junior mentioned he’d been on the scene of the crowd crush at Peggy’s — albeit locked in the office with a woman he was hooking up with.
Cindy was on edge over whether Junior would reveal she was the woman with him before Peter lashed out at Junior for his bragging.
Peter angrily pointed out that Lauren Branning was still struggling with the aftermath of the crowd crush, so he wasn’t interested in hearing about Junior blocking the emergency exit.
“Mate, there were people trying to get to that door and that door stayed shut but you were too busy getting your trousers back on,” Peter angrily declared.

Junior then quipped: “I wasn’t the only one in the room, so…”
Peter rejected Junior’s job offer and stormed off. Later, Cindy met up with Junior in the loo to warn him against revealing their affair.
Cindy was reluctant to answer when Junior asked whether Ian could truly make her happy, telling him: “It’s like you said, you can’t just shut your feelings down, just like that.”
Junior tried to embrace Cindy, but she pulled back and walked away. Will Junior reveal their affair?
