EastEnders’ Harvey Monroe is set to make a secret visit to Kathy Beale, amid his partner Jean Slater’s guilt.
Harvey and Jean’s relationship has been on the rocks since Jean found
out that Harvey had lied to her about giving money to struggling Maya.
But Harvey continued to try and make amends, and even gave up the holiday to Greece he won for Jean and Stacey to enjoy.
Last week, Jean admitted that she wanted them to be together, but only if there were no more lies, and the pair reunited.
Jean also felt suspicious about Kat’s situation with Tommy, and as Kat hid away following her son’s latest act of violence, Jean was determined to get to the truth.
In scenes that will air next week, Jean feels guilty about having spoken to social services, and it doesn’t help that Kathy makes a comment in the café which doesn’t go down well.
Stacey encourages Jean to keep quiet about what she did, but she feels embarrassed when she later sees Alfie, Kat and Bianca having a tense conversation outside.
Alfie reassures Jean that she did the right thing, but the pressure gets too much when Elaine asks questions in The Vic, and Jean ends up accidentally offending Kojo.
Meanwhile, Kathy suggests to Harvey that he make dinner for Jean to get in her good books now they are back together.
Harvey takes Kathy’s advice and prepares a meal for her, but Jean chooses to eat with Kojo in The Vic instead, to apologise for her earlier actions.

Unaware of her last-minute plans, Harvey waits at No.31 for Jean to return home, and he later decides to call round to see Kathy instead.
Kathy has supported Harvey during his relationship trouble, and Kat previously linked them romantically and accused him of moving on from Jean.
Later in the week, Kojo saves the day by giving Jean some much-needed words of wisdom during another heartfelt chat.
Harvey also gets some relationship advice, with Stacey telling him to cut Jean some slack, considering how she has been affected by recent events.
The pair thankfully reconcile at home, after Jean makes a big gesture – before Kojo arrives with a thoughtful gift for Jean.
But it isn’t long before Harvey makes his excuses and heads off to visit Kathy again. What is Harvey hiding this time?
