According to The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Hope Logan is in for a major surprise when Paris Buckingham

is revealed as Thomas Forrester’s new love interest. Hope will struggle to accept Thomas’s sudden departure, especially when she sees the stunning ring on Paris’s finger. Hope had the chance to become Thomas’s fiancée but wasn’t ready for that level of commitment. Now that Thomas has moved on and appears to have proposed to Paris, Hope is bound to spiral out of control.

There is another layer to this drama involving Douglas Forrester that cannot be ignored. Since Caroline Spencer’s death, Hope has been Douglas’s primary mother figure, having adopted him and considering him her son in every way that matters. This is why Hope will inevitably feel threatened by Paris’s intrusion into her parental zone. If Paris and Thomas marry, Paris will become Douglas’s stepmother, a reality that could be difficult for Hope to accept. Hope seems poised to confront Paris and express skepticism about Thomas’s whirlwind romance.

Hope’s jealousy over Thomas and her fears of losing her bond with Douglas will give her plenty of reasons to clash with Paris. You can bet Paris will fight back and defend her relationship with Thomas. Paris may argue that Douglas is a wonderful child who deserves more love in his life and that Hope should welcome the additional affection for him. Nevertheless, Hope may predict that Thomas’s romance with Paris will fall apart due to its rushed nature. If Douglas gets too attached to Paris, he could end up heartbroken, which is something Hope is wary of.

Once Hope learns about Thomas and Paris’s engagement, the drama on B&B will undoubtedly escalate. According to the spoilers, Hope will interrogate Paris, but Paris will stand firm against any criticism. The spoilers for the June 20th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful indicate that while Steffy Forrester grudgingly agreed to try a working arrangement with Brooke Logan, she was visibly upset by Ridge Forrester’s decision.

Meanwhile, John Finn Finnegan discovered Steffy and Ridge in another heated exchange and received an update on Brooke’s new leadership role. Finn noted that Brooke had the required experience and suggested that Steffy give Brooke a chance. Despite this, Steffy didn’t need her husband defending another Logan.

Elsewhere, Hope and Brooke welcomed the good news about Hope’s feelings for Finn in the design office. Hope confessed she felt like something was impairing her judgment and promised not to interfere in Finn and Steffy’s marriage, vowing never to become that woman.

Poppy Nozawa questioned the security at Bill Spencer’s residence when Katie Logan arrived, mispronouncing her name. Katie mentioned that Alfred had been present since she was Bill’s wife. Despite the time passed, Katie suggested it didn’t matter now that Poppy was Bill’s new partner. Shiloh was pleased to learn Deacon planned to whisk her away, feeling a love she had never experienced before.

The conversation shifted to Shiloh wanting a bigger role in Hayes Forrester’s life, but Deacon warned her chances were slim as long as Steffy was around. Tom listened uneasily as Deacon said Shiloh had done too much for Steffy to forgive and forget. Shiloh protested that she had changed and hoped Steffy would see that.

Tom prepared to work in the dining room, and Deacon assured him his belongings would be safe. Tom admitted to Deacon that he had researched Shiloh’s past, finding it disturbing. Shiloh fumed nearby but Deacon insisted she had turned her life around.
