Major Emmerdale couple split forever leaving a family broken

Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) and Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) had the difficult task of telling their children they have split up in tonight’s episode of Emmerdale.

Dawn announced to Billy that she no longer wanted to be married to him recently in the ITV soap. Despite being aware their relationship was going through some challenges, Billy was shocked that Dawn went as far to say that she didn’t want to work through things together.

In shock, Billy started to wonder if Dawn was having an affair behind his back, but concluded that the other man was Ross Barton (Michael Parr), not Joe Tate (Ned Porteous).

After leaving Home Farm, Billy was back tonight so he could join Dawn for a chat with Clemmie and Lucas.

Heartbreakingly, Billy took the blame for how things have ended between him and Dawn, and told Clemmie and Lucas that they keep making each other sad.

Kim felt awful for Billy

Just before Billy departed, Kim (Claire King) asked him where he’d be staying. He admitted that he doesn’t have a place to stay right now, so he’ll be sofa surfing for a little while.

Feeling bad, and also knowing the truth about Joe and Dawn, Kim said that Billy could stay in the Home Farm holiday cottage.

Kind-hearted Billy declined the offer, telling Kim he wouldn’t want to stay somewhere rent free.

Kim left, which prompted Dawn to enter for one final goodbye. She tried to say that she had a part to play in their relationship ending, but failed to be completely honest with him.

A tearful Billy exited as Dawn cried.
