11 Huge EastEnders Spoilers for Next Week – 5th to 8th May|Secrets, Betrayals, and a Deadly Return!

The week of May 5th to 8th on EastEnders is packed with secrets resurfacing, shocking betrayals, and life-altering moments that will leave Albert Square reeling.

Nicola’s desperate cover-up reaches boiling point as she tries to exhume Shireen’s body at Paradise Park before construction begins. But Teddy is one step ahead—already aware of her involvement. He enlists Benji to move the body, offering him £100. However, Teddy double-crosses him, leading to Benji’s arrest. Furious, Benji leaves Nicola a threatening voicemail, warning her of retaliation from dangerous contacts. As paranoia sets in, Nicola’s secret continues to unravel when Harry discovers she ordered Benji to move the body—but it’s Teddy who learns the ultimate truth: Nicola was the one who killed Shireen.

Meanwhile, Harry spirals further, waking up hungover in the arches. Billy tries to help, but Teddy’s arrival stirs more tension. As Harry’s behavior becomes increasingly erratic, people around him begin to question what he’s hiding.

Elsewhere, the fallout from Cindy’s return continues to shake Walford. Lauren and Peter’s engagement party kicks off, but tensions simmer just beneath the surface. Lauren, still on edge about her baby’s health after a warning from the midwife, can’t enjoy the celebration. She’s haunted by fears Peter won’t support her when it matters most—especially when he steps out to take a phone call during their check-up.

Kathy relocates the party to Harry’s barn, where Jean, Mo, and Nigel try to help despite being utterly unqualified. The scene is set for a night of chaos and comedy—but the real disruption comes when Cindy dramatically returns from France. The room falls silent as she crashes the party, causing Lauren to flee to the office in distress.

Kathy comforts Lauren, but Cindy’s reappearance isn’t just social—it’s confrontational. She accuses Kathy of attacking her on Christmas Day, a claim that flips the narrative and throws everyone into disarray. Cindy then shows up at No. 29A to confront Lauren—but finds her in early labor. Despite their turbulent history, Cindy calls an ambulance and, when it’s delayed, rushes Lauren to the hospital herself. Meanwhile, Chelsea alerts Peter that he’s about to become a father, setting off a dramatic race against time.

Elsewhere, Joel reveals a sinister side. Growing closer to Avani, he buys her weed and begins hanging around her house. While Priya, Ravi, and Suki are caught off guard, it’s Ross who is particularly suspicious—especially as Joel seems obsessed with his phone. Later in the week, Joel makes an inappropriate move on Avani, and they sleep together at No. 5A. Ross’s concern deepens, hinting there’s a bigger secret in Joel’s past yet to be exposed.

In another family drama, Zack is revealed to be Barney’s biological father, the result of a long-ago affair with Nicola. Teddy’s arrival in Walford with sons Harry and Barney further complicates matters. Despite Vicki’s warnings to stay quiet, Zack threatens Nicola, determined to tell Barney the truth—even though she once had him attacked to keep her secrets buried.

Back at the engagement party, Lauren gives Peter an ultimatum: it’s either her or Cindy. Peter, stuck in the middle of another Beale family war, is forced to reassess where his loyalties lie. Meanwhile, Gina continues to dig into Harry’s erratic behavior. After witnessing him drunk and disruptive, she presses him for the truth—but he stays silent, raising more suspicions about what really happened with Shireen.

At The Vic, plans to reopen the pub for VE Day are met with mixed reactions. Linda and George try to rally the community, but the death of Martin casts a long shadow. Even Alfie’s attempt to lift spirits falls flat. Still, as the market traders gather, the Vic reopens in a bittersweet moment of remembrance and unity.

Elsewhere, Ross comes clean to Vicki about their real reason for leaving Australia—crippling debt and secrets too big to hide. Vicki is devastated, and their relationship hangs in the balance.

And finally, Harvey’s double life hits a wall. Torn between Cathy and Jean, he tries to plan a quiet holiday with Cathy—but when the Slaters think the trip is for them, Harvey faces a painful choice: protect his new romance, or keep peace with his extended family?

With betrayals, confessions, and a baby’s arrival on the horizon, next week in EastEnders promises to change everything.
