NEWEST UPDATE!! EastEnders fans baffled as character goes missing for months from BBC soap

She hasn’t been seen in five months EASTENDERS fans have been left utterly

baffled as one Albert Square resident has gone missing for months. Lillia Turner, 15,

is best known for the role of Lily Slater in the long-running BBC soap. Despite the

huge storyline of a teenage pregnancy, viewers have seen little of the teenager or her baby for months Despite the huge storyline of a teenage pregnancy, viewers have seen little of the teenager or her baby for monthsCredit: BBC At first, viewers saw the 13-year-old character struggling with motherhood. But she was helped by her mother Stacey (Lacey Turner) and grandmother Jean (Gillian Wright). The youngster was comforted by Kat (Jessie Wallace) – who was a teenage mother herself – after she shouted at her baby for crying. However, viewers have seen very little of Lily since then, and they have started to ask questions.

Some fans took to social media website Reddit, where they claimed that despite a huge storyline, Lily and Charli have not had much of a presence in Walford. One fan wrote: “Baby Charli is One next month and we haven’t seen her since March. “I don’t deny Lilila Turner (Lily) probably has her education off screen so that explains her absence … but we never even seen Jean or Stacey mention Charli now or show them with the pram or even folding onesies.” They added: “I figured we would see stories such as Lily struggling, societal stigma etc and it just seems it’s been forgotten about.”

It seems that other EastEnders enthusiasts are also in complete agreement. EastEnders fans left open-mouthed by Lily Slater’s VERY unusual baby name for newborn daughter Another viewer echoed: “Yep. She breezed through the pregnancy, hasn’t had to sacrifice anything of her education or personal life and the baby is just another Slater in the house now. “I honestly don’t know why they bothered. Shock value of a pregnant 12 year old, but no repercussions in any way.” While a third person added: “I expected the show to explore the hardships of having a baby so young. “But the only time we’ve seen any sort of conflict, or Lily/Ricky being irresponsible is when Jack caught them feeding Charli crisps.”
