Emmerdale spoilers for next week reveal Cain Dingle is the prime suspect in Nate’s murder after his body is found. However, Ruby mistakenly thinks it’s Anthony’s body and heads off to confess to murder…

Here’s what’s happening in Emmerdale spoilers for next week – June 2-6.

1. Nate’s body is found – and Cain is accused

At the end of this week, Kyle revealed a body had been found in the lake and The Anthony Murder Club immediately assumed it was Anthony. But next week it’s revealed to be Nate Robinson.

Tracy is given the bad news and Cain and Moira are stunned when they find out. The body is in such a bad way, Cain can’t even visit his son.

But soon Cain has bigger things on his mind when fingers start pointing at him due to his fight with Nate on Nate’s last day in the village. Cain struggles under police questioning and even Chas starts to wonder whether her brother was involved.

Soon there’s a shock development in the case and Cain is left reeling. But is he still under suspicion?

2. Ruby panics herself into a confession in Emmerdale spoilers

With Ruby firmly believing the body in the lake can only be Anthony’s, she is in a complete state. Ruby decides the only thing she can do is confess, but Caleb thinks they should flee instead.

Ruby agrees and Cain makes arrangements for them to get to Ireland. However, while Caleb is asleep Ruby leaves him a note and heads to the police station.

When Caleb finds out what she’s doing, he immediately comes up with a plan and sends a solicitor down there. Ruby is in the middle of confessing her years of harrowing abuse when the brief walks in. But will Caleb’s plan work? Can Ruby come out of this with her freedom?

3. A blast from the past haunts April

Struggling with her GCSE revision, April has a panic attack over sitting an exam. Belle suggests her best option would be to repeat the year, which gives Marlon some hope for his daughter’s future.

Belle also gives April a summer job and her first gig is filming a christening. But April is left horror struck and cold with fear when she sees the father of the baby is one of the disgusting men who threatened to urinate on her when she was on the streets.

As her past flashes in front of her eyes, April tips the christening on its head…

4. Pollard rushed to hospital in Emmerdale spoilers

Eric is determined to do things for himself despite his condition. He declines Tracy’s offer to help, but then has a fall and no one is around.

He’s taken to hospital, but doesn’t remember anything. Jacob and Kerry insist he must get some help at home, but he is firm that he will carry on as normal.

However, Kerry can see how much he’s struggling with some everyday tasks and takes matters into her own hands. Will Eric accept he needs help? Can they come to a resolution that suits everybody?

Dawn wants to be Belle’s business partner in Take A Vow, but Belle won’t acccept her investment as it’s Joe’s money. However, Joe offers to give her the cash in secret and Dawn soon arrives for her first day at work. Has Dawn betrayed Belle?

Elsewhere, Sarah worries how she’ll fund her IVF, knowing how expensive it is. As her birthday approaches, will she have a happy one?
