Emmerdale will be in a huge schedule shake-up next week due to the football.
Soap watchers hoping to tune into the hit ITV soap next Thursday (10 October)
will be sad to see the hit ITV soap instead replaced by UEFA Nations League Live, where it’s England Vs Greece.
Viewers will recall that Emmerdale typically airs on weekdays at 7:30pm with Thursdays airing an hour special. However, next Thursday will see the hour special slot instead replaced by the football.
The schedule shake-up comes amid a slew of explosive storylines on Emmerdale with Tuesday night airing a huge Belle Dingle and Tom King twist, reports Leeds Live.
Only recently, Belle attacked evil Tom with an axe in self-defence after he threatened to kill her after months of abuse. Tom told the police the whole thing was just a “blank” and he couldn’t remember who was responsible.
However, at the end of the episode, Belle headed to the police where she revealed the truth and handed in the weapon to officers before dropping a shock bombshell.Belle bravely said: “I’ve attacked my husband in self-defence, he wanted to kill me, I’m a victim of domestic abuse” as the explosive episode came to an end.
