Emmerdale spoilers for next week – the biggest plots including John exposed, Kim takes charge and Liam is attacked

Emmerdale spoilers for next week reveal Victoria uncovers the truth about John, Kim takes charge and sorts Joe and Caleb out and Billy accuses the wrong guy.

Here’s our pick of the plots for next week – April 21 to 25, 2025.

Victoria finds out the truth about John’s secret in Emmerdale spoilers

So we now know the man in the hospital bed is Aidan Moore. John’s old army boyfriend who he said was dead, but is actually alive – albeit in a coma. But after John told Aidan he was no longer going to visit him, to cut all ties and move on with his life with Aaron, it’s not going to be that easy.

And it’s all thanks to nosy Victoria! She has decided to contact John’s old army mates and invite them to his stag do. But when she meets up with Connor, talk turns to Aidan and he reveals Aidan is still alive.

Vic wants to confirm this for herself so visits the hospital and is shocked to see Aidan there. She later confronts John and isn’t happy with him for lying.

Will John confess all of his secrets? Or can he contain Victoria and keep her quiet on this one?

Kim takes control

If you need something doing, get a woman to do it, eh lads?! Caleb and Joe are at loggerheads over Joe stealing Caleb’s kidney. Joe taunts Caleb and Ruby with a visit from DI Roberts, but it’s just about the break in.

But things get more serious when Caleb threatens Joe and Cain has to intervene. Determined to stop this, Cain visits Kim and says they need a plan. After giving Joe a talking to, she springs into action and soon everyone is gathered at Home Farm.

Kim offers Caleb the land surrounding the depot as compensation for his kidney. It’s her final offer and Caleb is forced to accept it.

But once everyone has gone, Joe promises he won’t betray her again – and she tells him they are going to build an unstoppable empire together and rule the village. All hail Queen Kim and prince Joe!

Billy confronts Ross in Emmerdale spoilers

Despite Dawn’s protestations there is no one else, Billy is sure she’s lying (probably because she is!) and Mackenzie also suggests Dawn must be having an affair. Billy is desperate for the truth and Mack’s idea that it’s Ross weighs heavily.

He tries to check Dawn’s phone, but she’s changed the code so he goes straight to Ross and violently confronts him. Dawn and the kids walk in and Billy is mortified that Clemmie has overheard him accuse Dawn of being unfaithful.

Upset Billy cries on Joe’s shoulder, making Joe feel very uncomfortable – and not just because of his wound.

Billy soon apologises to Dawn as the pair brace themselves to tell the kids what’s going on between them. Billy then packs his bags and prepares to move out, with Kim offering him the holiday cottage for as long as he needs it.

Kammy and Jacob go head to head and Sarah is fuming

Jacob and Kammy are determined to prove they’re the best man for Sarah. Never mind that she does not want the race to go ahead at all and is not impressed, this is now a personal man battle.

Charity and Sam are at the race to support Jacob, but Cain turns up for Kammy. As Kammy takes an early lead, he is forced to slow down and Jacob steams ahead. However Jacob hesitates at Devil’s leap and Kammy swoops past landing the jump perfectly.

Jacob tries to follow suit, but he ends up crashing. Will he be okay?

Sarah storms over and is furious the boys went ahead with their race. Kammy is celebrating his win, but he might have lost everything as Sarah makes herself very clear.

Another week, another injury for Liam Cavanagh! He’s once again hurt in an attack and Mack finds him knocked out.

Chas and Aaron are horrified and rush out to see him, but who attacked Liam? And can he survive yet another head injury?
