Gabby is on a deadly path in Emmerdale spoilers

Gabby is counting down the days until she marries Vinny and blissfully unaware that he’s in turmoil over his kiss with Kammy. The bride-to-be is also desperate to look her best for the big day. But instead of taking a sensible approach, Gabby has embarked on a crazy crash diet.

Gabby  is triumphant when her efforts quickly pay off, but her constant hunger starts to make her feel irritable. And when Gabby hears the garage weren’t able to fix her car she’s annoyed.

But Gabby has to put her car troubles to the back of her mind as she gears up for her engagement party. Refusing to eat before the celebrations, Vinny’s foolish fiancée opts for a quadruple black coffee instead.

Will she will live to regret starving herself?

Gabby causes a car crash

Over at the garage, Sarah is trying to work out what’s wrong with Gabby’s faulty car. She offers to join her on a diagnostic drive to find out why it’s not running normally.

Gabby and Sarah set off out of the village, but as they make their way down a country lane, events take a scary turn. Gabby starts to feel light-headed due to her lack of food, but there’s no time to pull the car over.

As Gabby faints behind the wheel, Sarah has just seconds to prevent a tragedy from occurring.

Emmerdale spoilers: Gabby gets in trouble with Vinny

Despite still being in pain from her recent hysterectomy, Sarah is able grab the steering wheel and bring the car to a stop before she and Gabby crash. She then drives her friend straight to A&E to be checked over.

By the time they arrive at the hospital, Gabby isn’t the only one in a bad way. Sarah is doubled over in agony from her heroic actions and in need of medical treatment.

As word reaches Vinny he rushes straight to Gabby’s side. Thankfully she’s given the all clear, but Vinny is furious to hear how it all happened. He scolds Gabby about her diet, pointing out her actions could have had deadly consequences.

Will Gabby realise she’s putting her health at risk and agree to be more sensible from now on?
