Emmerdale‘s John Sugden has a very important question to answer next week – did he really bury Anthony Fox’s body in the woods?
John is urged to be honest with his co-conspirators amid rising suspicions that they haven’t been told the full story over Anthony’s fate.
Steph Miligan sparks all the drama as she goes into meltdown following an eerie delivery at Mill Cottage.
Flowers have just been sent to the house alongside a note, which claimed that Anthony was the sender. Steph doesn’t know that Jai Sharma was responsible for the creepy gift.

Steph’s loved ones are horrified by her behaviour, but she soon raises a very interesting point – the soil seems completely undisturbed and it’s unclear how a body was ever hidden here.
Steph says: “There’s nothing here. Nothing has ever been dug. It is impossible. No grave, no body, because he is not dead.
“You can drop the act now, John, because nobody has been buried here.”
