Tom King’s reign of terror is dangerously close to reaching its end,

per Emmerdale Spoilers. Despite his best efforts to turn the tables

on Belle, he fell flat on his face. He initially tried to crack a deal with

Belle that he would deflect the blame and point at a robbery attack if she promised to not expose him for abuse. However, Belle decided to stand her ground and told the police the truth. She told them that she was the one who attacked Tom, but it was in self-defense. Furthermore, she informed them about the abuse he had been putting her through the past months. Thus, when tried to flip Belle’s story and claim that she was the abusive partner in the marriage, the police didn’t believe him.

Later, Tom tells his solicitor that if the police start to investigate, they might find hard evidence against him, as there is still some incriminating material in his tablet. However, the abuser was dumbfounded when he realized that the footage he recorded of Belle at Dale Head had gone missing.

Emmerdale Spoilers reveal that it was actually Carl who took the tablet to play, and then from him, it passed on to his friend, Isaac Dingle. Soon after, Isaac’s mom Moira Dingle found the footage and rushed off to show it to Belle. Later, Tom managed to coax the truth out of his cousin Carl and went to retrieve the tablet from Isaac.
