Natalie J Robb Teases Death In The Explosion

In the upcoming week, a huge barn fire puts Moira Dingle and Ruby Fox-Miligan in danger. Recently, actress Natalie J Robb shared that her character, Moira, accidentally starts the fire when her health issues spiral out of control. She explained that Moira is worried her recent outbursts might be related to menopause.

Moreover, to make things worse, Caleb misunderstood a comforting hug between Moira and Nate, thinking it was a kiss, and informed Cain. The actress described a tense scene where Moira’s mental state worsens. When Moira arrives at the barn, Ruby taunts her about Nate, and Moira starts hallucinating, seeing Ruby as Emma Barton.

According to the soap star, this triggers Moira’s PTSD, recalling past trauma. She said Moira’s distress causes her to perceive Emma’s face in Ruby’s. Consequently, Moira fires a shotgun in the air. However, it accidentally hits a lightbulb and ignites sparks. In the chaos, Moira hits Ruby on the head.

Natalie recalled that Ruby is knocked out, and Moira, once out of her PTSD episode, attempts to wake her up, but she doesn’t recall anything. The situation rapidly deteriorates as Mackenzie, Cain, John, and Caleb rush to the scene. The star said, “There is an explosion. And maybe not everybody gets out of that explosion.”

She mentioned that viewers can expect some intense, nail-biting scenes and thoroughly enjoyed filming them. According to her, the production team assured her that the scenes look spectacular. She praised the stunt doubles for their bravery. Natalie was amazed by their professionalism and skill.

She also highlighted the precautions the cast took, such as avoiding flammable products like hairspray, to ensure their safety during filming.
