Emmerdale fans have predicted who will take the blame for Anthony Fox’s murder – and it could be John Sugden.
With the net closing in on John for Nate’s death, it’s only a matter of time before his murderous ways are rumbled (surely?)
And now fans reckon he’ll end up going down for both Nate’s AND Anthony’s murders, even though Ruby finished off the latter.

Anthony Fox’s murder in Emmerdale
Months ago, Anthony Fox’s life came to an end in the most grisly way. With his bloody tooth lying next to him on the floor of the Depot, he certainly looked very dead (despite some fans thinking he could still be alive).
Aaron had actually attacked Anthony over his abuse of Ruby Miligan. He lost control and thought that he’d killed him.
John then turned up and dealt with the situation, disposing of Anthony’s body. Where that was, we still don’t know. But, we do know that’s it’s not under a tree trunk in the woods.
It was later revealed that Ruby had actually been the one to enter the scene and suffocate Anthony to his death.
Now though, Nate Robinson’s body has just been pulled out of the lake, sparking a murder investigation.
Of course, viewers all know that John Sugden killed Nate. But, the villagers don’t.
But, with multiple villagers being taken in for questioning (including John himself), the net is closing in…

Emmerdale fans predict John will go down for Anthony murder
If and when John eventually goes to prison (we can at least hope) for Nate’s death, a new fan theory predicts that Anthony’s body will also be found in a similar situation to how Nate was found.
The police could then group both deaths together, with John being framed for both.
Taking to Reddit, one fan commented: “I think that Anthony’s body will eventually be found disposed of in a similar manner + materials to Nate’s, so that when it’s all said and done and John is exiting the soap, the police will count it in with the crimes that John has done.”
Another said: “I don’t think it’s over yet. I think either the body will turn up at the same time that it’s all unraveling for John so they’ll pin it all on him, or it will turn out that he’s still alive.
“The way that John was looking over the lake in yesterday’s episode did make me a little suspicious!”
A third person asked: “I thought when he moved the body he might be in the water too or possibly still alive. If his body is found I wonder how they’ll get out of saying he’s in Spain?”
