EastEnders fans were gobsmacked after spotting George Knight star in a rather racy series on
Netflix. The character, played by Colin Salmon, rocked up the famous square last year, with the rest
of his Knight clan. Since then, he’s become a firm favourite and has been involved in some
dramatic storylines so far. He was left heartbroken after finding out the truth about his adoption and heritage. It was revealed that parents Gloria and Eddie bought George as a youngster through a process known as baby farming back in the day. EastEnders Actor Colin is no stranger to appearing on screens.
The 62-year-old found fame in the Hollywood film series, Resident Evil back in the 2000s. He’s also starred in the likes of Doctor Who, Bad Girls and Merlin. The show, followed sex worker Hannah Baxter also known as Belle de Jour, played Billie Piper. And during episode eight of its first series, Colin made an appearance – which has sent EastEnders fans into a frenzy. In the show, Colin played a rich American businessman who hires Belle for the week. Over on X, one stunned fan said: “I feel very differently about George since watching reruns of Secret Diary of a Call Girl.
