EastEnders has revealed that Anna Knight is set to find out that she is pregnant

in upcoming scenes, as her love triangle drama continues. Anna is currently in a

relationship with Bobby Beale, but there have been plenty of questions about

her feelings for Freddie Slater – who she slept with last year. The pair have grown closer recently, but earlier this month Freddie overheard Gina saying that Anna was in love with him, and since then has tried to keep his distance. In scenes that will air next week, Anna tells Bobby she is having a difficult time. He wants to cheer up his girlfriend, but he is busy at Beale’s Eels so asks Freddie to step in. However, out of loyalty to Bobby, Freddie is determined not to be alone with Anna, and so makes up an excuse that leaves her hurt. Anna is concerned by Freddie’s shifty behaviour and decides to ask him if things are okay between them – but before she can do this, she suffers a dizzy spell. Later she gets round to seeing Freddie, and while he says everything is fine, he is reluctant to go birdwatching together.

He does eventually agree to going for food with Gina and Bobby, with a larger group seeming reassuring. But at Walford East, Gina and Bobby are both waylaid so Anna and Freddie are on their own, with Priya teasing them about being on a date. Freddie panics at this insinuation and leaves the restaurant after making another excuse. Anna is left upset again and tells her sister about what has happened. Gina is determined to investigate what is wrong with Freddie, and when she speaks to him it soon becomes clear to her that Anna’s feelings are reciprocated.

Anna wants to speak to Freddie again, but before she gets the chance she has another health worry and throws up in the café. Gina is suspicious and asks Anna whether she could be pregnant before buying a pregnancy test for her – and almost being caught by mum Cindy. Anna takes the test at The Vic and is shocked to discover that she is pregnant with Bobby’s baby. As the love triangle gets even more complicated, what will Anna decide to do?
