EastEnders has aired a worrying development for Kojo Asare in the new Ravi Gulati and Harry Mitchell story.

A financially ruined Ravi has turned to dealing drugs again, but the stash he hid in the garage went missing, flushed down the toilet by Kojo. In Friday’s episode, he forces Harry into working for him.

In next week’s episodes, Ravi supplies Harry with more drugs to sell and reminds him of the debt he owes.

Stressed, Harry argues with Teddy and decides it’s time to move out. Kojo hears about his predicament and comes to the rescue.

Kojo’s brother George Knight is concerned about his friendship with Harry, and thinks this plan will only bring trouble to his door.

Ravi later turns up at The Arches to collect his money and discuss the next job. Upon hearing about Kojo’s offer, he tells Harry that it should be easy to use the flat for their dodgy business while pulling the wool over Kojo’s eyes.

Harry, who is already covering for Kojo’s disposing of the drugs, feels uncomfortable. Will he really go behind his friend’s back like this?
