EastEnders fans have ‘worked out’ who Sharon Watt’s son, Albie’s real father is – and it’s

not Phil Mitchell As fans will recall, Sharon (Letitia Dean) was left heartbroken last year when

she found out fiancé Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) was not the father of Albie. It was revealed

that there was no way Keanu could have fathered the child with Sharon, as he lacked the gene that resulted in Albie’s Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AADT). The defect can lead to lung and liver problems and can only occur if both parents are carriers.
