From Emmerdale to Neighbours, conflict lingers in the air in soapland as bosses have lined up another string of bombshells for next week.
Nate’s body is on the verge of being discovered in Emmerdale and the threat of comeuppance looms over John Sugden (played by Oliver Farnworth). Mere moments away from his wedding with Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller), the paramedic makes a desperate plan.
In recent Coronation Street scenes, Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) had some unfinished business to resolve with former childhood best friend Mick Michaelis (Joe Layton). But how will he handle the aftermath?
Elsewhere, in EastEnders, Zack Hudson (James Farrar) grows more determined than ever to take Barney (Lewis Bridgeman) away from the Mitchell chaos – but a life-changing accident could thwart his plans.

John prepares for his wedding with Aaron, but he’s tormented by nightmares of being caught for Nate’s murder. When Cain (Jeff Hordley) reveals workers are dredging the lake, John prepares to flee.

Aaron catches him mid-escape but he’s reassured to learn it’s pre-wedding jitters. When Aaron leaves, John continues packing and drives away from the village. But he backtracks when he finds out the dredging has been cancelled.
His plans are thrown into chaos moments later when Cathleen arrives with news. Later, Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper), Chas (Lucy Pargeter) and Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) cover for the missing grooms.
Joe (Ned Porteous) and Dawn’s (Olivia Bromley) romance is derailed when a social worker arrives to follow up on a safeguarding concern.
Joe realises he and Clemmie have work to do to improve their relationship. But after she goes missing on Joe’s watch, Billy (Jay Kontzle) thinks Dawn and the kids should move out of Home Farm.
Ross (Mike Parr) takes Lewis (Bradley Riches) kayaking and swipes his keys, roping in Mackenzie (Lawrence Robb) into stealing Lewis’ plants. Mack searches Lewis’ house with no luck but he soon makes a discovery in the attic.
Lewis gets an alert on his phone that an intruder has broken in and speaks to a trapped Mackenzie through his app. Lewis agrees to let him out – only if Ross tells him the truth about his mother’s death.

Kit knows he could be Brody’s father but the lad lashes out against him next week
Coronation Street
Brody (Ryan Mulvey) tenses up as he listens to a message from his dad. When Kit returns home, he finds Brody trashing his flat, revealing Mick has assured he’s innocent and at the core of a police stitch-up.
Kit says the evidence suggests otherwise, prompting Kit to lash out in anger. Sarah (Tina O’Brien) and Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) arrive as Brody races out, a hoodie covering his face. Later, Sarah finds out Kit could be Brody’s son – how will she react?
Ronnie (Vinta Morgan) introduces Debbie (Sue Devaney) to Fiona, an old flame – but Debbie’s put out. When he assures that Fiona is nothing more than a friend, Debbie feigns indifference.
But when her phone rings, she plays Ronnie at his own game and makes out she’s moved on. Carl (Jonathan Howard) then gets involved and a furious row ensues.
Eileen (Sue Cleaver) tells George (Tony Maudsley) and Brian (Peter Gunn) that the drugs found in Julie’s system were the painkillers prescribed for her, not Julie. Brian makes an innocuous remark and Eileen snaps, banning him from attending the funeral.
Meanwhile, Mick suffers a brutal beating in his prison cell. Lou (Farrel Hegarty) pays him a visit and is shocked by his injuries. He insists that Kit is to blame, claiming that if he doesn’t plead guilty, his next beating could be fatal.

EastEnders
Zack puts a new plan into action as he asks Ravi (Aaron Thiara) for a loan to fund his escape. But Ravi warns him not to mess with Nicola (Laura Doddington) – she recently asked him to help move a body. Zack confides in Linda (Kellie Bright) who tells him to go to the police with the information to protect Barney.
Later, Nicola is arrested, leaving her reeling. But Zack sees Harry’s reaction to the arrest and reveals the truth about Barney’s paternity, hoping Harry can help keep the lad safe.
But soon, conflict escalates as secrets unravel completely when Nicola is released. Teddy (Roland Manookian) tries to save the day, but things take a turn for the worse when a car veers off the road and straight into the lake.
Avani (Aaliyah James) pales when she receives an onslaught of cruel online messages as news of her bedding Joel spreads throughout Walford.
Barney attempts to reach out but she gets defensive and storms off. Later on, Barney finds her in distress in the playground and attempts to help.
Meanwhile, Phil (Steve McFadden) is confused when Nigel (Paul Bradley) is angry they didn’t celebrate his birthday, despite him saying he didn’t want the fuss. Phil talks it over with Yolande (Angela Wynter), Alfie (Shane Richie) and Honey (Emma Barton) before asking Nigel why he’s upset.

Darren and Nancy try to shake some answers out of Rex, worried about Frankie. A text reveals the location they need, but they trust the wrong police officer, setting the gears for another disaster. DI Banks plans to escape with his wife, destroying all the evidence and disposing of the workers beforehand.
Suspicious Diane follows Allister to the manor house, while the teens and Robbie desperately try to escape the basement. Elsewhere, Ste and Leela wait for news on Lucas’ operation and Mercedes finishes her chemotherapy treatment.

Amanda’s shifting mental state rattles her loved ones as they try to convince to get proper testing for dementia. But things go from bad to worse when Amanda goes missing.
