Coronation Street‘s Maria Connor and David Platt team up to outsmart Lou Michaelis in tense scenes tonight.

At the hospital, Maria is baffled to learn that a mystery woman has been posing as Gary’s wife on multiple occasions. She checks a piece of paper containing this unknown person’s phone number, and all finally becomes clear…
Figuring out exactly why Lou would keep watch over Gary like this, Maria fears that it’s only a matter of time before she tries to do a runner.
Maria makes a discreet call to David at the salon, drawing him into the saga as she asks for his help.
David is urged to keep Lou around at the salon at all costs – ensuring that she suspects nothing and doesn’t leave.
