Chicago Fire returns on Wednesday with a new episode titled Red Flag

Chicago Fire returns this Wednesday, March 20 with a new episode titled, Red Flag.

Severide (Taylor Kinney) who was absent for a couple episodes prior to the Casey & Brett

wedding, has returned to the Firehouse 51 team this week, and we will see a new face this episode.

We will meet Violet’s (Hanako Greensmith) new partner on the ambo. Violet will step up to become the new Paramedic in Charge, and we’ll see our first episode without her BFF, as Firehouse 51 moves on without Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer). “That’s part of the great Violet journey this year, as she continues to grow as a character and gets to step into a leadership position on ambo, too,” series showrunner Andrea Newman told TVLine.

The new episode airs on ONE CHICAGO Wednesday, March 20 at 8 PM CST on NBC.

Here’s the official information that NBC has made available for the premiere episode:

Violet clashes with her new partner; Severide discovers a hidden stash of money on a call and squares off against the cops working the case; Mouch gets a parking ticket.
