Despite Bill Spencer’s recent rejection of her advances, Luna remains determined to win him over. From the beginning, Bill has been Luna’s target, and she has crossed several lines in her quest to capture his affection. But when she finally confessed her feelings, Bill flatly turned her down.
When Bill wakes up, he’s stunned to find Luna in his bed. Unaware of Luna’s devious plan, Bill assumes that his actions were driven by a moment of weakness. He reasons that he must have mistaken Luna for his former flame, Poppy, due to his emotional turmoil and the distance he’s been feeling from Poppy recently. Bill is overwhelmed with guilt, believing that he crossed a line he never intended to. Despite considering Luna more like a daughter than a romantic interest, Bill feels compelled to do the right thing. Torn between his sense of duty and his true feelings, Bill decides to take responsibility for what he thinks happened and agrees to become a couple with Luna.
