Emmerdale spoilers suggest a character is suffering from a major health scare while another villager has gone missing.

Emmerdale fans who have seen Thursday’s episode drop on ITVx already will know all the latest gossip. In the hour-long episode, viewers saw Joe making concerning phone calls.

Dawn is concerned he’s having a health scare. While, later Ross confronts him as he suspected Joe was behind Noah’s concerning behaviour on the day of the limo crash.

Charity to Ross: “Do you know what else is weird? Joe saying ‘injected’ when nobody did.”

To compound things further for Joe, Kim enlists Lydia to help look into his ‘dubious business dealings’. Kim said: “That man has secrets and we are going to find out what they are.”

Elsewhere, those who watched the Thursday drop, will have seen Marlon struggling still with the distance between him and daughter April – despite her returning home.

While Ruby was seen to have gone missing. Trying to track down his wife, Caleb, calling her on the phone, said: “If you could let me know if you are alive or still in the country.”
