It’s another dramatic week in Emmerdale ahead, as confirmed in my new spoiler
pictures, with two relationships under strain amid April Windsor’s (Amelia Flanagan) disappearance.
Following her Christmas Day vanishing, dad Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock)
continues on his search effort to bring the teen home, disregarding the fact his behaviour is potentially ruining his marriage to Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry).
But is someone else to blame for his anguish? Mary (Louise Jameson) seems to think so, and decides to confront Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) in the pub.
Boosted by the villagers’ mammoth campaign for April, he decides to record a video appeal. The message goes viral – and soon his family try and protect him from the horrific trolling that soon ensues.
Elsewhere, overwhelmed after his first day on the job at Hotten’s emergency department, Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) takes some time to get to know his new colleagues for a drink.
She rushes out in horror, leaving him guilt-ridden.
The two have a serious heart to heart, and seem to be back on track – even spending the evening together.
Do the young couple have a future, or is this relationship doomed from the start?
