Well, it’s been another huge week on Emmerdale – and it’s just going to keep on coming as spoilers for the next few months reveal the drama isn’t going to stop!
On screen this week we saw a brilliant episode focused solely on Robert, Aaron and John. And John was so worked up, he even targeted Cain to play the hero.
Robert then returned, but he is clearly traumatised. Also, Bear broke down and Charity finally discovered Sarah has cancer.
And we already know from spoilers for Monday, June 23 to Friday, June 27 that John seizes his opportunity when he finds Robert has been drugged by his date. John drives him away and is then seen with a syringe…
Beyond this we can look forward to watching some big storylines reach crunch point, some familiar faces return to the village – and some brand new characters sweep in to stir up some trouble.
Read on for our pick of the best upcoming Emmerdale spoilers…

1. Cain has John in his sights in Emmerdale spoilers
John is targeting Robert next week, but this week he got Cain dangerously drunk in order to then save his life. Professed as a hero, John was happy his plan had worked, but he can’t rest easy because Amy Walsh, who plays Tracy, has revealed Cain has John in his sights.
Amy told the Mirror that once Tracy has accepted Cain did not kill Nate, the pair actually then team up to take on Nate’s killer. And, one of their targets at the top of their potential culprit list is… *drumroll please* John Sugden.
Amy teased: “Tracy and Cain do a little list together of who it could it be.”
When the topic of John came up, Amy then added: “That was left on a bit of a cliffhanger actually. He’s the next name on the list…”
But, will the duo actually be the people to take down killer John Sugden and expose his true colours? Or, are they putting huge targets on their backs?

2. Bear’s mysterious behaviour explained
Bear Wolf has been acting oddly. Theories are floating around over what’s wrong with him – from dementia, to depression, but so far we don’t know much.
This week Bear violently lashed out at Kammy, witnessed by Paddy. Determined to get to the bottom of what’s going on with his dad, Paddy got him to open up. Bear broke down admitting how he was feeling – but then clammed up when Paddy tried to help.
It’s clear what’s bothering Bear runs deeper than we know right now and show boss Laura Shaw has already revealed this will become a “big storyline”.
“He’s going off screen for a little while,” she told Emmerdale Insider and other press. “He’ll go missing and when he comes back what you’ll see is a very different Bear in a very different situation.
“We’re all going to be watching going: ‘what the hell has happened here?’”
Given that’s already what we’re thinking, we can’t get much more confused!

3. Sarah’s surgery crisis
Poor Sarah Sugden has really been through it – Fanconi anaemia, throat cancer and now cervical cancer. She is taking it all in her stride, though and focusing on her desire to become a mum.
She got good news this week when her egg retrieval was successful. But next week she’ll go in for her cancer op – and things don’t go to plan.
So what does the future hold for Sarah? What complications does the surgery bring? Is it life-threatening? Or is it related to her baby dream?
Some fans are convinced a surrogacy storyline is in the works. Could that be the case?

3. Aaron and Mack’s big storyline
Although we don’t know how long John Sugden and Aaron will stay married for, what we do know is that headed into autumn, Aaron has a big storyline coming up. It involves Mackenzie Boyd and we’ll finally see the outcome of Mack’s flashforward.
Laura Shaw said: “It’s a big week of episodes which is going to be life-changing for those two.”.
So any guesses on what it could be? Something tells us it might be to do with one of the newcomers arriving in town…

4. Two new faces played by Joe Absolom and Jaye Griffiths arrive in Emmerdale and are set to be trouble
Spoilers have revealed that Joe Absolom is joining Emmerdale as mysterious Ray – an old business contact of Mackenzie’s. But although Ray appears to be selling farm machinery, in fact he is involved in the drug world.
So could drugs and Ray be part of Aaron and Mack’s big story?
Elsewhere, Moira’s the one in trouble when new farmer Celia wants to rent some of her fields. Moira is aware Celia, played by Jaye Griffiths, has a reputation so refuses to enter into business with her. That might just be a big mistake. Huge.

5. Bernice’s return for Gabby and Vinny’s wedding, Emmerdale spoilers report
So Vinny has tried to kiss Kammy. Which is surprising within itself, but also not that surprising given Gabby’s history with gay men (see previous fiancé Nicky) – and her mum’s perchant for getting involved with them too.
But we hear a wedding is on the cards, despite Vinny’s move, and Bernice is set to be returning for it. This has not been confirmed by the soap as yet, but will she be welcome if she does return?

6. More returnees in Emmerdale spoilers
It’s not only Bernice who is set to be coming back, we have it confirmed that Dylan will return. With April still struggling following her time on the streets, the only person she feels understands her will be back in the Dales.
Dylan has been to rehab, but has it helped him get clean? And will he bring more trouble to Marlon and Rhona’s door?
Laura Shaw has revealed: “He’s going to be bringing his past back to the village with him and that’s going to cause a few problems for April and the wider family. We’ve got a couple of exciting new castings joining us for that story.”
Phew, we told you – an explosive few months of Emmerdale to look forward to. On Tuesday, we’ll bring you a full breakdown of all the spoilers for episodes across Monday, June 23 to Friday, June 27. You won’t want to miss them!
