Coronation Street spoilers hint at potential heartache for Jenny Connor in the coming week.
Recently, after a massive argument, Daisy Midgeley has been conspiring with her mother Christina Boyd to exact revenge on her stepmother Jenny.
In recent episodes, the pair have crafted a bogus dating profile, posing as a man named Dom who owns his own vineyard.
Daisy and Christina have even been sending gifts, pretending they’re from Dom, leaving an unsuspecting Jenny thrilled.
Later this week, Carla Connor will inform Jenny that she needs to repay Lisa Swain and has decided to put the pub up for sale, reports Leicestershire Live.
Fans of the soap will remember that Jenny and Daisy purchased the renowned pub after it had been closed for a while, using illicit funds.
Daisy had covertly accessed the bank accounts of Jenny’s late ex, Stephen Reid, who had swindled money from Carla’s factory.
Naturally, Carla eventually discovered the truth, forcing the duo to gradually reimburse her, and now she has decided to sell the famous watering hole.
In next week’s spoilers, Jenny reveals to Daisy that Carla is selling the pub, but fails to mention that she’s hoping to buy it herself.
At the Rovers, a slightly inebriated Daisy takes jabs at Carla for selling the pub out from under them, and it isn’t long before Christina overhears Carla advising Jenny that she’d be better off buying the pub without Daisy, describing her as a spoiled madam.
Christina and Daisy secretly conspire to bring Jenny down once they’re left to their own devices – the plans they’re hatching remain a mystery, but should Jenny get wind of them, she’s in for a world of hurt.
This intrigue unfolds as Charlotte Jordan bids farewell to her role as Daisy on the ITV soap following a successful five-year period.
Earlier this year, 29 year old Charlotte discussed her reasons for exiting the iconic street: “My time at Coronation Street is something I’ll always cherish.”
