Jacob catches Sarah and Kammy in the act in Emmerdale spoilers
Jacob gets more than he bargained for when he pays Sarah a visit and realises she’s spent the afternoon in bed with new fella, Kammy. Jacob suffers a shock collapse
Disaster strikes when Jacob, who’s got a severe nut allergy, takes a sip from the wrong cup of coffee. Feeling his throat tighten, Jacob realises he’s going into anaphylactic shock and he reaches into his pocket to find his AAI pen.
Panic sets for the trainee doctor as he discovers his pen, which he always carries on his person, is missing. Did Jacob forget to pick it up, or has it been swiped by someone? And who would do such a wicked thing?

John comes to Jacob’s rescue in Emmerdale spoilers
As luck would have it, John is nearby and rushes to Jacob’s unconscious body. The Sugden is quite a handy man to have in a crisis. John has already saved Eric Pollard’s life, and he was first on the scene following Chas’s shock collapse the other week. It’s starting to become a running theme, isn’t it?
While John checks for a pulse, traumatised Victoria watches on. This isn’t the first time she’s witnessed Jacob go into anaphylactic shock. Her former boyfriend suffered an allergic reaction back in 2023 after eating food Victoria had prepared which contained nut oil. Jacob very nearly died and the memories of that day still haunt Victoria.
John recognises he’s dealing with an emergency situation and needs to work fast if he’s to save Jacob’s life. But having already made a series of slip-ups, can he hold it together under pressure? Will John be hailed a hero (again!) for saving Jacob’s life?
