However, the authorities were unable to intervene due to Ella’s disappearance, while Liam remained oblivious to the fact that she had been spying on him and Chas. As viewers brace themselves for violent scenes set to unfold on Thursday, many are suspecting there’s more to Ella’s scheme than meets the eye.

Some fans are convinced she’s not acting alone, especially after Chas ended up in hospital last week following an overdose. Medical professionals revealed she’d consumed too many painkillers, and it was discovered that her codeine had been tampered with, reports the Mirror.
Ella was immediately suspected of causing the overdose by meddling with the medication, but some viewers believe John Sugden could be the real culprit. Despite this, Ella appeared to leave the village, only to make a surprise return this week.
While some viewers speculated that Ella might be a pawn in John’s game, who has issues with Chas due to his relationship with her son Aaron Dingle, a fresh theory suggests they might be working together. Fans pondered if John was behind the drugging incident either to harm Chas or to portray himself as the saviour.
Regardless, the new theory hints that Ella and John, who were spotted conversing last week, could be collaborating to retaliate against Chas. It was John who advised Liam on how to handle the situation, suggesting he switch off his phone and disregard Ella.
But could he have been pretending to back his boss, and could he be implicated after all?
