With mums around the UK celebrating Mother’s Day with their loves ones on Sunday, Jacqueline shared a photo of Ella and Mia sat on the sofa with their two dogs.

The Lauren Branning actress wrote on Instagram: “These girls are the cutest in the world I’ve never known Mia to be so excited for a day. She’s so excited for Mother’s Day.

“Bless her she’s desperate to show me what she got me and she keeps whispering things in my ear about tomorrow.”

Continuing to show that her and The Only Way is Essex’s Dan are on good terms, Jacqueline added: “They went shopping with their daddy today and she is trying her hardest not to give it away.”

Dan later took to his own Instagram story with a photo of Jacqueline and their two kids posing at a table that had a bouquet of flowers and lots of chocolate on it.

“Happy Mother’s Day @jacjossa. Our girls are lucky to have you have as their mummy,” he wrote.

Later paying his respects to his own mum, Dan said alongside a photo of her and her grandkids: “Happy Mother’s Day to the best Mum & Nan out there! @toniosborne.”

Announcing their separation on March 15, a statement read: “Jacqueline and Dan are handling things privately, choosing to keep their lives and relationship out of the public eye. They kindly ask for respect and privacy as they navigate this together.”

It continued: “Their children remain their top priority, surrounded by love and care from both parents — something that will never change.

“Above all, Jacqueline and Dan have each other’s and their children’s best interests at heart. There will be no further comment.”

With Jacqueline and Dan getting used to co-parenting, it is being reported that they have an open-door policy to make the process easier.

A source told The Sun: “Jacqueline and Dan still really care about each other and have a lot of history. They’ve been spending a lot of time together as they navigate co-parenting and looking after their kids.

“Even though they have separate homes, they’ve got an open door policy. They’ve been getting on really well and carrying on family life like normal.”
