Emmerdale has appeared to confirm who dies in the horror limo crash – and it’s a beloved villager.
Next week, the soap will air a shock stunt when two limos, filled with 17 villagers, leave the village for a fun night out. Things take a deadly turn though when the vehicles crash.
The ladies’ limo plays host to Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton), Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson), Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh), Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick), Suzy Merton (Martelle Edinborough), Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter), Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi) Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins).
Meanwhile, in the boy’s limo it’s Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson), Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb), Sam Dingle (James Hooton), Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards), Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano), Caleb Miligan (William Ash) Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt).

However, distractions in the cars cause both vehicles to drive off the road. And in a dramatic turn of events, one of the limos ends up crashing into a frozen lake – leaving its occupants fighting for their life.
What’s more, one resident ends up trapped under the ice – but who makes it out alive remains a mystery. However, now, fans are convinced the soap has dropped a ‘clue’ as to who gets killed off – and it’s a soap legend.
During Wednesday’s episode (February 12), an excited Leyla discussed the upcoming night out with her son Jacob (Joe-Warren Plant). Then, appearing to confirm her deadly end on the soap, she said: “I am getting in that limo if it kills me.”
Speculation is already rife that Leyla will die next week, following reports last year of actress Roxy Shahidi leaving the soap after 16 years. It was claimed that she was getting killed off in a devastating twist.
Someone else declared: “Well if that’s not a foreshadow I don’t know what is!” A third penned: “Oh I really hope it’s not her!” Echoing their thoughts, another fan wrote: “I will be so mad if she dies!” A fifth person chimed in and said: “Poor Leyla.”
