The latest Emmerdale spoilers suggest that things are looking grim for the Goskirks

while things are getting better for Jacob & Sarah. However, Marlon is at his worst as

his efforts to track April down backfire. Meanwhile, Dawn tries to come to terms

Mary Confronts Rhona; Marlon Is Angry

At the beginning of the week, we will see Mary encouraging Rhona to make things right with Marlon. Mary, however, wonders whether Laurel is the one to blame for all these and goes to confront her. When Marlon gets to know about this, he is furious – but we still have no clue what Laurel has done. Meanwhile, Marlon has no clue where to look for his daughter, April, after she disappeared on Christmas day and resorts to social media.

Marlon posts an appeal video with April’s picture, asking for help finding his daughter. Surprisingly, the video goes viral the next day, and the comment section fills up with hateful messages. Though Mary tries to shield Marlon from it – it’s no help. Later, Markon regrets his decision but doesn’t delete the video, thinking it may help get April back. However, things between him and Rhona get better, and she supports her despite the online aggression. Will they be able to track down April?

Dawn is Suspicious About Her Father’s Death

Dawn has still not come to terms with her father’s sudden death, and with the sudden arrival of Joe Tate, things start to look even more grim. Her suspicions only grow when she sees that Will’s death has been due to natural causes. But later, when she finds a USB in her father’s belongings with a video saying Kim is responsible for his death – she is furious! Though her husband Billy doesn’t take much interest in it, she decides to take revenge.

At the funeral, when Kim delivers her eulogy, she can’t keep calm, so she broadcasts Will’s video in front of the village. While everyone gasps, she accuses Kim of her father’s death and pushes her into Will’s coffin. While Dawn goes away from the spot temporarily, later, she comes back with the police as Will’s coffin is lowered.

Jacob & Sarah Spend the Night Together

When Jack starts socializing with other medical students, Sarah feels left out. Later, when Sarah goes out with his friends, they try to embarrass her for getting drunk and ending up at the hospital’s A&E department last week. As a result, Jacob feels guilty and apologizes to her. The next thing we see is that they are spending the night together. But will this be for just once? Or will they soon get used to it?

Anthony’s Next Target

Evil Anthony, also the child abuser who abused his own daughter when she was 16, has now landed a new target. He tries to befriend Arthur at the cafe when he sees him struggling with his maths homework. While Arthur probably thinks of it as an unexpected help, Anthony probably has a plan. Will he do the same to Arthur as he did to Ruby?
