Steffy Forrester is overjoyed now that Ridge has finally left Brooke and returned to

Taylor. However, Taylor remains uneasy, convinced that Brooke will stop at nothing

to win Ridge back. Her concerns aren’t unfounded, as Brooke is determined to make

amends with Ridge and reclaim her place in his life. Brooke eventually meets Ridge to share her latest plan. She passionately explains her intentions, promising to secure the company for him and urging him to trust her again. Despite her heartfelt plea, Ridge remains unconvinced, suspecting Brooke’s motives might be a smokescreen for another betrayal.

Meanwhile, Steffy learns of Brooke and Ridge’s conversation. True to her protective instincts, Steffy immediately assumes Brooke is being dishonest and manipulative. Convinced that Brooke is plotting against Ridge, Steffy steps in to warn her father not to trust his ex-wife.

Steffy is adamant that Brooke’s promises are nothing more than empty words designed to lure Ridge back into her grasp. She points out the improbability of Brooke persuading Carter to sign over the legal documents she claims are part of her plan, given Carter’s pivotal role in creating the agreement in the first place.

Ridge, swayed by Steffy’s concerns, decides to dismiss Brooke’s proposal as unrealistic and deceitful. As a result, he sides with his daughter, believing Brooke’s intentions are not as pure as she claims.

Still, Brooke isn’t one to give up easily. She remains determined to prove her sincerity and execute her plan, hoping Ridge will eventually see the truth and reconsider.
