Sam Carver’s fate after the season 12 finale is revealed in the new Chicago

On top of their already challenging job as first responders, they also
have to deal with personal issues, and losing several members has been very difficult.
Following the departures of Blake Gallo, Sylvie Brett, and Derrick Gibson, the Chicago Fire season 12 finale also saw Firehouse 51 say goodbye to Chief Wallace Boden. Aside from that, it also left stories unfinished, including Carver’s unsure status in the show.
In a new video from Miranda Mayo on Instagram, Jake Lockett is back as Sam Carver on the set of Chicago Fire season 13. Check out the image below:

In the video, Lockett is goofing with his Chicago Fire co-star Hanako Greensmith, who also plays Carver’s love interest, Violet Mikami. Season 12 left their romance up in the air, however, after he unexpectedly went on another furlough.
