series, sources close to production told Deadline. Season 12 is a time of change for Fire. In addition to Killmer’s departure after her epic wedding to—the love of her life— Matt Casey (Jesse Spencer) at a fish store, Rome Flynn’s Derek Gibson quietly said goodbye in this week’s episode. But this is Chicago Fire, so who knows if/when these actors might return to reprise their roles or dictate to their friends as directors. Speaking of which, Brian Tee will direct this season’s 911 episode of his former series Chicago Med and Jesse Lee Soffer will direct a Season 11 episode of Chicago P.D. One can hope Soffer will also return as a cast member, as Tracy Spiridakos left after eight seasons of the police procedural. Here’s hoping she gets a happily ever after.
NBC recently renewed all three One Chicago series—Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.—for the 2024-25 season. Med has been renewed for Season 10, Fire for Season 13 and P.D. for Season 12. All three shows are produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Wolf Entertainment. Hudon appears in a long background in romantic Hallmark movies, so feel free to weigh in on potential love interests for her stat.

She is best known for her role as Campbell on the FX series Dave and is also known for her role as Abby in Guillermo Del Toro’s The Strain. This year, Hudon starred in Falling in Love in Niagra and Romance With a Twist for Hallmark. Her television credits also include roles in Apple’s Acapulco from Eugenio Derbez, When Hope Calls for Hallmark and NBC’s Irrational.
