Despite her growing bond with her daughter Dawn and her own second thoughts, Rose proceeded with the plan.

The target was Will, but a mix-up ensued when more drinks were poured, causing Rose to lose track of the spiked one. The real victim turned out to be Dawn, who was involved in a serious car crash, also injuring El Foster.
