She schedules a scan appointment behind Tom’s back, but when Tom returns home unexpectedly, Belle is forced to cut off contact with the taxi company to avoid suspicion. Belle strategically convinces Tom to take her picture, memorizing his phone’s PIN in the process. Later, she uses Tom’s phone to arrange a cab, discovering Tom has been monitoring her movements. With Amelia’s help watching Piper, Belle sneaks her phone into a drawer and drives herself to the abortion clinic, resolved to not have Tom’s child despite the emotional strain.
