Coronation Street aired Carla Connor’s secret plan to help girlfriend Lisa Swain amid her career crisis.
Lisa has been on a break from work and having therapy sessions since freezing during a recent robbery and believing she’s lost her ability to carry out the role.
Tonight’s episode began with Carla trying to comfort Lisa as she prepared for another therapy session.
“I know I’m not myself, I can’t shake it off,” she told her partner, adding that she might be done with her job.
