Next week on EastEnders, Harry and Kojo are involved in Ravi’s dangerous scheme, while Lauren and Peter panic when a frightening situation unfolds, and Johnny and Callum get closer.

1. Ravi takes a risk

With Bernie having stolen a large sum of money to start a new life in Spain, the Panesars are in crisis as they attempt to rescue their businesses. Ravi approaches Nicola to give him a drug contact and while she agrees, she warns him that he is dancing with danger.

As a new plan forms, Ravi makes Avani some big promises for her 16th birthday party. Priya is concerned, but he insists that he won’t let their daughter down. Ravi contacts dealer Okie to do a job – but when the police arrive, he is forced to hide his car.

2. Johnny and Callum get closer

Cindy rages at Callum for kissing Johnny, seeing as this led to Felix exiting Walford and leaving her understaffed at The Albert. But concerned Lexi overhears this chat, and Callum tells her that nothing is going on. Later, Callum reiterates to Johnny that they can only be friends as he is still married to Ben – but the pair end up kissing again.

After spending the night together, Callum wakes up full of guilt and tells Johnny that they can’t be together. Will he change his mind?

3. Peter makes an effort

Lauren looks to Peter for support after their reunion, as she struggles with Jimmy’s diagnosis. Peter later finds it difficult to settle their baby son, but Jimmy is instantly soothed by the sound of Jay playing guitar. Peter is inspired by this and gets Jay to give him a guitar lesson, to Lauren’s delight.

Jay also has some wise words for Peter, encouraging him to stop looking back and to move on with Lauren and the kids.

4. Harry and Kojo panic

At the garage, customer Leo is rude to Kojo. Harry fiercely defends him, but Phil is annoyed as Leo brings them a lot of business. However, the pair soon face another issue when Harry agrees to keep Ravi’s car in The Arches out of sight – and he and Kojo find a large stash of drugs in the boot.

Harry tries to get the car moved from the garage, but he can’t get in touch with Ravi. Kojo isn’t happy and refuses to work until the vehicle is gone. Phil wants Harry to get Leo back on side, and Harry is forced to lie to his boss about why Ravi’s car is in the garage.

Later, Nicola tries to figure out what is going on when he spots Harry and Ravi having a tense conversation.

5. Cindy forces the truth

Lauren surprises Peter with a picnic in the Square gardens – but meanwhile, Cindy grows more convinced that Lauren is cheating on him with Zack. At the picnic, Lauren and Peter share an emotional moment, as they explain to Louie that Jimmy is blind.

But Cindy and Ian interrupt their family time to make an accusation, and while she’s not having an affair, Lauren is forced to admit that she recently kissed Zack. How will Peter react?

6. Elaine saves the day

With The Albert understaffed, Freddie vows to rescue the venue’s upcoming event – but he struggles to find entertainment for the night. But thankfully, Elaine comes to the rescue and impresses former love rival Cindy.

Linda is concerned that her mum is doing too much so soon after her heart attack. Anna then returns from Spain and is furious with George for not telling her about his divorce and The Vic sale. After failing to get through to Elaine herself, Anna asks George to tell his ex to take things slowly. Will George succeed?

7. Kojo reveals a secret

Harry is horrified when he finds Phil fixing Ravi’s car and discovers that the stash of drugs has disappeared. He accuses his mum of taking it, but when Kojo later admits what he’s done, he vows to protect his friend.

Meanwhile, Suki suggests scaling back Avani’s party to save money, but Ravi refuses. When Ravi and Okie discover that the stash has gone, Harry tries to make amends by offering Harry’s Barn as a venue for the party. Avani’s bash is a big success, and Harry is touched by Ravi’s gratitude – but is all really forgiven?

8. Lauren and Peter lose the kids

With Ian deciding to reopen Martin’s stall as a tribute, Peter starts his first day at the market – but he isn’t on speaking terms with Lauren after finding out about her kiss with Zack.

The pair head to receive Jimmy’s gene test results at the hospital and are told that Jimmy’s blindness was caused by a genetic mutation that isn’t inherited and hasn’t been caused by Lauren’s opioid use.

Another row breaks out between the pair and Lauren storms off. Peter confronts Zack and hits him, which makes the whole situation worse. But when the couple go to find Louie and Jimmy, they discover that they have disappeared. As they desperately search, where are their kids?
